Five years in the gym

NeverSkip isn’t a weekend project. It has been used every training week since 2021, and every version grew out of something that was missing on the gym floor. Scroll through how it got here.

  1. Day one

NeverSkip started as a personal project: a lifter who wanted to stop skipping sessions and stop guessing what was on the bar last week.

  2. A reason to open it every day

Upcoming workouts on the home screen and a weekly streak worth protecting.

  3. Out in the world

NeverSkip lands on the App Store, and other lifters start training with it.

  4. Version 1.0: records and goals

Personal records, goals with a deadline and a calendar of every day you trained, right on the home screen.

  5. Last time, next to every set

What you lifted last session sits beside every set, and a rest timer follows you through the workout.

  6. Starting over, on purpose

Five years of training with it made it clear what matters and what just gets in the way. Time to rebuild it around that.

  7. NeverSkip 2

Built only for iPhone and Apple Watch. Faster, works without signal, no account, and your rest timer on the Lock Screen.

Before you switch

Devoted is praise-forward and frames each training day as a task set for you, with a dominant/submissive flavour. It never shames you and is never explicit.

It’s meant for adults. Only the words on this page change, and you can switch back any time from the Voice menu.
